Fruit Tart——
For the Cake: ———
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (approx. 100g)
1 cup orange soda
1/2 cup oil (approx. 100ml)
2 cups flour (approx. 300g)
1 packet baking powder
Pinch of salt
Preparation:———
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for top/bottom heat. Line the bottom of a 23cm (9-inch) springform pan with baking paper.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
Briefly stir in the orange soda, oil, and a pinch of salt.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, then gently fold into the mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
For the Cream:
250g quark
200g cream cheese
200ml heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp whipped cream stabilizer
Preparation:
Ensure all ingredients are cold.
Beat the quark, cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and whipped cream stabilizer together until creamy (do not overmix).
