Hawaiian Banana Bread
This recipe combines the tropical flavors of banana, pineapple, and coconut to create a moist and delicious quick bread that’s perfect for any occasion. Enjoy!

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour•
1 teaspoon baking powder•
½ teaspoon baking soda•
¼ teaspoon salt•
Wet Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened•
1 cup sugar
2 eggs•
1 very ripe banana, mashed
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice (not drained)
¼ cup shredded sweetened coconut

-Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
-Prepare the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and continue to mix gently. Slowly incorporate the mashed banana and crushed pineapple.
-Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the shredded coconut.
-Prepare the Pan: Grease a loaf pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
-Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool completely before removing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy alone, with butter, or with a scoop of ice cream.
