Air Fryer Pickles

Ingredients:—-

– 1 cup dill pickle slices

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

– 2 large eggs, beaten

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. Pat dry the pickle slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

3. Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Dredge each pickle slice in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

5. Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange pickle slices in a single layer.

6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.

7. Serve hot with tangy dill dip.
