Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pie Bars
Ingredients:—-
– For the Crust:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– For the Filling:
– 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
– 1 cup fresh raspberries
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
– For the Streusel Topping:
– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:—-
1. For the Crust:
– Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
– In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
2. For the Filling:
– Spread raspberry jam over the cooled crust. Top with fresh raspberries and chocolate chips.
3. For the Streusel Topping:
– Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over the filling.
4. Baking:
– Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
