MILLION DOLLAR TORTILLA ROLL UPS

Ingredients:
4 (6 inch) large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, whipped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3 oz package real bacon bits (or 1/2 cup cooked bacon), crumbled
1/2 cup slivered almonds
5 green onions, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, slivered almonds, and chopped green onions. Stir until well combined.
Spread the Filling:
Lay a tortilla out on a plate. Spread about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture evenly over the tortilla, all the way to the edges.
Roll the Tortillas:
Roll up the tortilla tightly and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Chill:
Pop the rolled tortillas into the fridge to chill for 2 hours. This helps the flavors meld together and makes slicing easier.
Slice and Serve:
After chilling, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces, discarding the ends. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.
Garnish with remaining sliced green onions.
Notes:
Room Temperature Tortillas: Keep the tortillas at room temperature before rolling to make them more flexible.
Adjustments: You can use smaller tortillas but adjust the amount of filling accordingly.
Refrigeration: For the best taste, refrigeration is recommended, but if time is an issue, you can refrigerate for a shorter period or skip it altogether.
