Ingredients:—–

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar and cocoa powder are dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Notes:

Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

Add chocolate chunks or peanut butter swirls for extra texture.

Serve with a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an indulgent treat.
