Peanut Butter Marble Cheesecake
Ingredients :
• 200g chocolate biscuits, crushed
• 100g melted butter
• 400g cream cheese, softened
• 200ml heavy cream
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 100g melted dark chocolate
Instructions :
1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press a springform pan and relax.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth Add heavy cream and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture in half. Mix the peanut butter in one half and melt the chocolate in the other.
4. Spoon dollops of each mixture onto crust, alternating flavors. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
