📋 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 jars (28 oz each) marinara sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) package gnocchi
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
