📋 Ingredients:

- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped

- 2 jars (28 oz each) marinara sauce
- 1 (16 oz) package gnocchi
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
