Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup warm water

1.5 tablespoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons crushed red pepper

1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon salt

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Sesame seeds or green onions for garnish

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

In a medium bowl, combine warm water, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, Sriracha, and salt to create your sweet chili sauce.
