Twix Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Shortbread Base:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Dip each caramel-coated cookie into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place the cookies back on the parchment paper.
Set Chocolate:
Refrigerate the cookies until the chocolate is set.
