Slow Cooker Full Chicken Dinner 🍗
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (3-4 lbs)
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 onion, quartered
4 garlic cloves, smashed
1 lemon, halved
2 sprigs rosemary
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Prep Chicken: Rub the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff Chicken: Place lemon halves and rosemary sprigs inside the chicken.
Prepare Slow Cooker: Arrange potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cook Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.
Cook Time: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Notes:
For crispy skin, place the chicken under the broiler for a few minutes after slow cooking.
