Frozen Banana Yogurt Pops
These frozen treats are the perfect way to cool down on a hot day! They’re made with just a few simple ingredients and are so easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen and sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small cups.
- Insert popsicle sticks or straws into each mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- Enjoy your delicious frozen banana yogurt pops!
Tips:
- For a creamier pop, use frozen banana slices that have been thawed for a few minutes before blending.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups or even ice cube trays. Just be sure to insert a popsicle stick or straw into each cup before freezing.
- You can add other ingredients to your pops, such as chocolate chips, peanut butter, or fruit. Just be sure to add them after the mixture has been blended.
