📜Ingredients:

1 lb. asparagus (preferably thin, trimmed)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. paprika
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of salt to taste

🍵Directions:

Rinse asparagus in cold water and pat dry.
Place flour in a large dish. Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika on a separate plate.
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Dip asparagus in eggs, then roll in flour. Dip in eggs again and coat with breadcrumbs.
Arrange breaded asparagus in the air fryer tray, ensuring space between each piece. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7 minutes.
For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
