Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant

Starting the day right with our Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant! Perfect for a quick, satisfying breakfast. 😋🥐🥓

Ingredients:

  • 4 large croissants, sliced in half
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Open the sliced croissants and place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each. Top with two slices of crispy bacon and one fried egg.
  5. Place the top half of the croissant over the fillings, press gently, and serve immediately.
