1 lb ground beef 🥩
1 cup yellow onions, chopped 🧅
12 oz canned corn, undrained 🌽
1/2 cup water 💧
0.87 oz beef gravy mix 🍖
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder 🧄
Mashed Potatoes:

1 1/2 cups water 💧
2 tbsp margarine 🧈
4 oz instant mashed potato mix 🥔
1/2 cup milk 🥛
Topping:

28 oz frozen tater tots 🥔
2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend 🧀

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onions until browned. Drain the excess fat.
Stir in canned corn, water, beef gravy mix, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
Prepare instant mashed potatoes by boiling water with margarine. Stir in potato mix and milk until creamy.
In a casserole dish, layer the beef mixture on the bottom, then spread the mashed potatoes over it.
Top with frozen tater tots, then sprinkle the shredded cheese blend generously over the top.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
