Who’s tried the Cottage Cheese Cookie dough because I made it for my kids the other day and they loved it!! Protein packed!!!!
Protein Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Low carb cottage cheese cookie dough with protein powder may become your new go-to snack! Just handful of ingredients and endless variations.
Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese (full fat preferred)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups almond flour (NOT superfine almond flour)
1/2 cup protein powder (I use Vanilla )
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
Add almond flour and protein powder, mixing with a spatula until fully incorporated. Finally, stir in chocolate chips.
Cover and store in the fridge at least 3 hours, then enjoy. Will keep for at least 2 weeks!
Notes
Want to make this without almond flour? Swap with 1/2 cup coconut flour
