Hey Guys.. just finished making Tuscan Soup:
1 pd of hot Italian sausage
A whole bunch of chopped Kale
Heavy Whipping Cream
Half of a chopped onion
Minced Garlic
Cauliflower
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Bacon strips
Chicken bullion
Shredded mozzarella
Shredded Parmesan
So I chopped the onions up and added the garlic to a pan. I then cooked it with the Italian sausage. While that was going I roasted my Cauliflower for maybe 10 mins. After the meat was fully cooked I added 6 cups of water and a spoon of better than Chicken Bullion. I then added the roasted cauliflower and chopped kale. Seasoned with salt and pepper. I let it cook for 5 mins before adding heavy whipping cream and the cheese. Cooked on low for maybe 7 mins. I oven cooked like 3 strips of bacon to crumble up on top and wala.
I especially use this soup in my fat fast. I do not have the macros/nutrition as I used recipe that was for the regular soup.
