Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 8 fun-size bars)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz chocolate (semi-sweet or milk chocolate), melted
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (optional, for thinning the chocolate)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Butterfinger Mixture:
    In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
  2. Shape the Balls:
    Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your hands to form a ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue until all the mixture is used up.
  3. Chill the Balls:
    Place the Butterfinger balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
