Ingredients:


For the Garlic Butter Steak:


2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut) 🥩
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
4 tbsp butter 🧈
4 cloves garlic, smashed 🧄

For the Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped 🥔
1/2 cup sour cream 🍦
1/4 cup milk 🥛
2 tbsp butter 🧈
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
2-3 green onions, chopped 🧅
Bacon bits (optional) 🍖
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂


For the Pasta Salad:


200g pasta (rotini or penne) 🍝
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1/4 cup cucumber, diced 🥒
1/4 cup black olives, sliced 🫒
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
1 tbsp red wine vinegar 🍷
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂


Instructions:

  1. Make the Garlic Butter Steak:
    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 🛢️🔥
    Season your steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium rare) or longer if you prefer it well done. 🥩
