1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded beef and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir and heat through for 4-5 minutes until the beef is well coated and hot.
Warm the Tortillas: In a separate pan, warm the flour tortillas for 30 seconds on each side over medium heat until soft and slightly browned.
Assemble the Tacos: Place a generous portion of seasoned shredded beef in the center of each tortilla. Top with a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Melt the Cheese: Place the tacos under a broiler for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
