Italian Stromboli
Ingredients:
• 1 tube of Pillsbury pizza crust
• 8 slices chicken ham
• 10 slices beef salami
• 12 slices sandwich pepperoni
• 8 slices provolone cheese or mozzarella (shredded cheese works too)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet. Stretch it slightly into a rectangle, ensuring it’s evenly spread.
3. Lay the chicken ham evenly over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
4. Add a layer of beef salami on top of the chicken ham, followed by the sandwich pepperoni.
5. Distribute the provolone or mozzarella cheese evenly over the meats.
6. Starting from one long side, carefully roll the pizza crust into a tight log, tucking in the ends to seal the Stromboli. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Melt the butter in a small pan or microwave-safe bowl. Mix in the minced garlic and parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the Stromboli.
8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the Stromboli for added flavor.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing into thick pieces.
