Garlic Salmon and Asparagus
A simple yet flavorful meal featuring garlic-infused salmon paired with tender asparagus. This dish is healthy, full of flavor, and ready in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients:โ
For the Garlic Salmon:

๐งด 2 tbsp olive oil
๐ง 3 cloves garlic, minced
๐ Juice of 1 lemon (or zest for extra flavor)

For the Asparagus:

๐งด 1 tbsp olive oil

Prepare the Garlic Salmon:
Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat. ๐ฅ
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. ๐ง๐
Rub the garlic mixture over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly. ๐โจ
Cook the Salmon:
Oven Method: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. ๐๐ฝ๏ธ
Skillet Method: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. ๐๐ฅ
Prepare the Asparagus:
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the asparagus. Trim the woody ends and place the asparagus on a baking sheet. ๐ฑ

Skillet Method: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sautรฉ the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and bright green. ๐งด๐ณ
