
Garlic Salmon and Asparagus
A simple yet flavorful meal featuring garlic-infused salmon paired with tender asparagus. This dish is healthy, full of flavor, and ready in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients:β
For the Garlic Salmon:
π 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)

π§ 3 cloves garlic, minced
π Juice of 1 lemon (or zest for extra flavor)

For the Asparagus:
π± 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed

π§ Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Garlic Salmon:
Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat. π₯
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. π§π
Rub the garlic mixture over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly. πβ¨
Cook the Salmon:
Oven Method: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. ππ½οΈ
Skillet Method: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. ππ₯
Prepare the Asparagus:
