Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
