100 gr. sugar
250 ml. whipping cream

A cup of coffee
Next, we whip the cream, which has to be very cold, with the sugar, until it is firm.

Next, we mash the cheese with a fork to soften it without beating it too much, and we mix it with the cream little by little, until both are well integrated.
We dip the biscuits but only lightly in the coffee and cocoa mixture. We cut them into pieces and place them in the glasses, so that they cover the entire bottom.
Next, we fill the glasses with a little cheese mixture. Afterwards we put biscuits on top in another layer and so on until the glass is full, finishing with the cream.
We sprinkle cocoa powder on top and keep in the refrigerator until serving the glasses. Delicious!
