Ingredients
200 g sugar
120 g butter
Butter-free chocolate cake
120 ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
7 apples
280 g flour
Preparation
- First beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then bring the butter to the boil with the milk and pour it into the egg-sugar mixture while it’s still hot (!). Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in.
- Next, quarter the apples (peel them if you like), remove the core and cut into slices.
- Now grease a baking tray and dust with flour. Then place the apple slices in rows and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and spread the dough on top.
