  • Pistachios: 3 tablespoons
  • Pumpkin Seeds: 1 tablespoon

    Toast the Sesame Seeds:In a dry pan, lightly toast the sesame seeds over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
    Prepare the Dates:In a food processor, add the pitted dates and blend until they form a sticky, smooth paste.
