Ingredients

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise 🥄
¼ cup sweet chili sauce 🌶
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice preference) 🔥
1 tbsp honey 🍯

Garnish:

Chopped fresh parsley 🌿

Directions

1. Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth. Set aside.

2. Bread the Chicken:

Set up a breading station with three bowls:
All-purpose flour mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Beaten eggs.
Panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken tender in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg, and coat thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs.

3. Fry the Chicken:
