Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs lean ground beef (or beef/pork blend)
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- ¾ cup bread crumbs (or panko)
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Directions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking sheet.
- Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and tomato paste. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Shape and Place: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or directly on the baking sheet.
