Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and tomato paste. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
  3. Shape and Place: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or directly on the baking sheet.
  4. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix ketchup and vinegar. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve: Slice and enjoy with your favorite sides!

Optional Tips:

  • Add veggies: Finely diced bell peppers or shredded carrots make a great addition.
-Switch it up: Swap ketchup for BBQ sauce for a smoky twist.
