Easy Pork Chop and Potato Bake
This one-pan comfort dish combines juicy pork chops and tender potatoes baked to perfection in a creamy, flavorful sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners!

Ingredients:
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
4 medium potatoes,
thinly sliced
1 medium onion,
thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz)
cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Directions:
Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season the pork chops:Rub pork chops with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Layer the dish:Arrange sliced potatoes in an even layer at the bottom of the baking dish. Top with onion slices. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Prepare the sauce:In a bowl, whisk together the cream soup and milk until smooth. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes and onions.
Add the pork chops:Place the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes. Pour the remaining sauce over the chops.
Bake:Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese (if using), and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F) and the potatoes are tender.
Serve:Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with a side of green beans or a salad.
