Creamy Cabbage Salad with Ham and Corn

Ingredients
For the Salad:
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup canned corn, drained
2 green onions, chopped
For the Dressing:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Salad:
Shred the cabbage and dice the ham and cucumber. Combine them in a large bowl with the corn and chopped green onions.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Combine:
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve as a side dish or light meal.
