My kids couldn’t believe we made these at home! They gobbled them up and asked for more.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
—————————————————
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Take a tablespoon of brownie dough and flatten it in your hand. Place a small dollop of the peanut butter mixture in the center and wrap the brownie dough around it, forming a ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set. Remember, they’ll firm up as they cool.
- Once out of the oven, press a few chocolate chips on top of each cookie for extra yumminess.
- Let them cool on a wire rack before enjoying.

Tips:
- You can store these cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a fun twist, try using crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy!”
