“PISTACHIO COOKIES”
The recipe:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 large package instant pistachio pudding (2 small)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp pistachio or almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
Préparation
Mix all ingredients and then roll in balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 – 15 minutes.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sugar crystals. I sprinkled with chopped pistachios and also added white chocolate chips to my cookie dough.
