Fiesta Cream Cheese Delight

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese softened

16 oz sour cream

1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix

15 oz can fire-roasted corn drained

10 oz can rotel drained

4 oz can diced green chiles drained

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Whip cream cheese
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer (or use a whisk or rubber spatula) until it’s creamy and smooth.

Combine
Add the sour cream, ranch seasoning, corn, rotel, green chiles, and shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.

Cover and chill
Tightly cover the mixing bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to let the flavors meld.
