½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Butter:
3 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced

For Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Rigatoni:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak bites with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Sear the steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet.
