Garlic Herb Beef Tips with Rice 🥩🍚
Ingredients:
For the Beef Tips:
1 lb beef tips or sirloin, cubed
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary (or fresh sprigs for garnish)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Rice:
2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions:
Cook the Beef Tips:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef tips until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté until fragrant. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
Thicken the Sauce:
Add the cornstarch slurry to the skillet. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens. Return the beef tips to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve:
Plate the beef tips alongside cooked white rice. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
