Triple Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 1 cup packed light brown sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
– 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
– In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
– In a large bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Slowly add the melted butter and stir until combined.
– Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix.
– Gently fold in the semisweet and white chocolate chips.
– Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
– Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
