- 2 packs of Ferrero Rocher candies: (16-20 pieces; keep 6 aside for decoration).
Preparation
1. Prepare the Ferrero Rocher Cream
- Set aside 6 Ferrero Rocher for decoration later.
- Chop the remaining candies: Place the rest of the Ferrero Rocher in a bowl and chop them into small pieces.
- Whip the cream: Using 3 cups of the cream, whip it until stiff peaks form.
- Combine cream and candies: Gently fold the chopped Ferrero Rocher into the whipped cream to create a nutty, chocolatey filling.
2. Assemble the Cake
- Layer the cake:
- Spread 1/3 of the Ferrero Rocher cream mixture over the first cake base layer.
- Place the second cake base on top and repeat the process with another 1/3 of the cream.
- Add the final layer of cake and spread the remaining Ferrero Rocher cream evenly on top.
- Prepare the edges:
- Whip the remaining 2 cups of cream until stiff.

- Halve the reserved Ferrero Rocher candies: You’ll have 12 halves, perfect for decorating each slice.
- Place candy halves: Arrange them along the edge of the cake to visually divide it into 12 slices.
