Creamy Stuffed Mushroom Dip
INGREDIENTS:
– 8 oz mushrooms, chopped
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic until tender.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
4. Gently fold the sautéed mushrooms into the mixture.
5. Pour the entire mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
6. Serve the dip warm with crackers or bread. Enjoy!
