Ingredients:
For the Beef Mixture:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup beef broth (optional, for extra moisture)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Big Mac Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
For Assembling:
4 hamburger buns, toasted
½ cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup diced pickles
¼ cup diced white onion
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.

Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Sloppy Joes
Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom halves of the toasted buns.
Spoon the beef mixture onto the buns, then top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced onion.
Drizzle with extra Big Mac sauce and top with the second bun half.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired. Serve hot with fries or a side salad!
