Cheese Ball with 3 ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg
Salt to taste optional
Preparation method:
1- First, in a bowl, with a spoon, mix the cheese, cornstarch, egg and optional salt
2- Then, knead the dough with your hands until it reaches a smooth consistency and until it comes off your hands.
3 Then, make balls and place them in a greased pan.
4 Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5 In a pan, add oil and heat over medium heat.
6 When the oil is hot, fry the cheese balls until golden.
7- Finally, drain on paper towel.
8- Serve:
Yield: about 28 small cheese balls.
