Ingredients:
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional, but adds color)
- 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, cut into blocks
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
