Condensed Milk Cake recipe, expanded with a bit more detail so you get the best results:

Condensed Milk Cake

Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40–45 minutes
Total Time: ~1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz or 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
  • Optional: pinch of salt and ½ tsp vanilla extract for extra flavor
  • Butter or nonstick spray (for greasing pan)

Instructions:

  1. Prep your oven & pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch round or square baking dish, or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Make the batter:
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended and slightly foamy.
  • Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  • Gently fold in the flour (and salt/vanilla if using). Stir until no lumps remain, but don’t overmix.
  1. Bake:
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).
  2. Cool & serve:
Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes. Then slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Optional: Top with fresh berries, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar.

This cake is dense, moist, and somewhere between a sponge cake and a flan in texture—super satisfying if you love creamy, milky desserts.
