Nighttime Detox Drink

(Realistic & Healthy)

Ingredients:
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• A small slice of fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)

Instructions:
1. Heat water until warm (not boiling).
2. Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and honey.
3. Stir well and drink about 30 minutes before bed.
