1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss your shrimp with the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every shrimp gets a nice, even coating of all those flavors.
Spread the seasoned shrimp out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Try not to crowd them so they cook up nice and evenly.
Slide them into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes—just until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
Serve the shrimp hot, with fresh lemon wedges on the side for that little burst of brightness, and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for a fresh finish. Enjoy!
