Garlic Butter Baked Crab Legs


Ingredients:

2 lbs (about 1 kg) crab legs, cleaned and thawed
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
Prepare the Crab Legs:
Place the crab legs in a baking dish or on a grill tray.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the crab legs.
Cook:
In the oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, covered with foil.
On the grill: Grill over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, brushing with garlic butter every few minutes.
Serve & Garnish:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges, crusty bread, or steamed rice.
