Cheesy Baked Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:
• 2–3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed
• 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
• 1 cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped (optional but adds flavor)
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (for extra meltiness)
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
• Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the sauce:
• In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
• Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
3. Assemble the casserole:
• In a greased baking dish, layer the broccoli and cooked chicken.
• Pour the cream mixture evenly over the top.
• Sprinkle with cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
• Top with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for a crispy finish.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
