Caramel Apple & Strawberry Parfait with Granola Crunch


Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped (sweet or tart)
1 cup cottage cheese or vanilla yogurt (your choice)
1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup granola (any kind – honey oat or cinnamon works great)
Optional: dash of cinnamon or chopped nuts
Instructions:

Prepare the base
In a serving tray or bowl, spread a layer of cottage cheese or vanilla yogurt.
Add the fruit
Evenly layer chopped apples and strawberries on top.
Drizzle the caramel
Warm up the caramel sauce slightly and drizzle generously over the fruit.
Top it with crunch
Sprinkle granola over the top for that golden crunch.
Serve immediately
Serve fresh for the best texture, or chill for 15–20 minutes.
