Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup butter, softened

– 1 cup sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup blueberries

Directions

– Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

– Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.

– Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

– Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream.

– Fold in blueberries.

– Pour into greased bundt or loaf pan. Bake 45–50 minutes.
