Oven Fried Potatoes Onions


Ingredients:

5–6 medium gold potatoes, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: fresh parsley or shredded cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine potato slices, onion slices, olive oil, and all the seasonings. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
Spread the potatoes and onions in a single layer.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy around the edges.
For extra crispiness, broil the last 2–3 minutes — watch closely!
Garnish with fresh herbs or cheese if desired. Serve hot!
